our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods while maintaining fairness to customers.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
1. Technical Issues
- Digital card failed to deliver due to system errors on our platform
- Major technical issues preventing proper viewing of the card
- System failures that blocked customization or sending
2. Service Failures
- Duplicate charges for the same transaction
- Product or service not received after successful payment
- Non-delivery caused by platform error
3. Quality Issues
- Significant mismatch between preview and delivered card
- Missing features included in the purchased plan
Refund Request Timeline
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase
- Requests after 48 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
1. After Card Delivery
- Once the digital card is successfully delivered
- If the card has been accessed or downloaded
2. User Error
- Incorrect recipient contact details provided by the user
- Change of mind after purchase
- Spelling or content errors entered during customization
- Design choices selected by the user
3. Subscription Services (If Applicable)
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Cancellations apply at the end of the current billing cycle
4. Promotional or Discounted Purchases
- Discounted or promotional purchases may be non-refundable
- Any non-refundable offer will be clearly stated at checkout

Before Card Delivery
- Orders can be cancelled before the card is sent
- Contact us immediately with your order details
- Full refund will be issued if cancelled before delivery
After Card Delivery
- Cancellations are not permitted once delivered
- Refund eligibility follows the rules mentioned above
