Requirements

MyDigiCard provides a digital card creation platform that allows users to:

• Create and customize digital business or greeting cards
• Share cards via QR code, link, email, SMS, or digital platforms
• Use pre-designed templates
• Upload custom images and information

5. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of your content. However, you agree not to upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, abusive, or defamatory
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is sexually explicit or inappropriate
• Violates privacy or promotes illegal activity

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, designs, templates, logos, and software are the intellectual property of MyDigiCard and protected under Indian and international laws.

7. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
• We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking.
• Payments are due immediately upon purchase.
• All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the user.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using MyDigiCard, you consent to data collection as described therein.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MyDigiCard shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyDigiCard from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, India.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
